What You Will Need to use EZscanApp software:
An iPhone with a TrueDepth camera (iPhone X, Xs, Xs Max, XR, 11, 11 Pro or 11 Pro Max) or iPad PRO
To produce your personalized facepiece (to fit you and only you), you will need one of the phones, above, and approx. 2 - 5 minutes.
You will need to have already purchased the PersonalAir™ Mask ahead of using this tool.
We recommend that you have your order number handy otherwise we will not be able to process your request.
What It Costs: There is no charge to download and scan your face using the Firstwave3D EZscanApp.
All functions are carried out on the device and all we are sent is a set of approx 300 points along a path where the facepiece will eventually sit on your face.
The points calculated as a result of the scan are sent to us as an attachment. We send NO personal information that can identify the individual.
There is NO facial recognition or face-scan database used in any way.
